1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Kratoz Global's services, programs, or website, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the terms outlined herein, please do not use this service. These terms apply to all users of our services, including but not limited to students, visitors, and other users of our website and programs.

2. Company Information

Kratoz Global is a forward-thinking consulting and technology company legally incorporated and headquartered at 8 The Green, Suite A in the City of Dover, 19901. We are committed to unlocking human and business potential through strategic consulting, experiential learning, and cutting-edge technology. Our mission is to create a future where talent meets opportunity and businesses thrive with technology, combining strategic consulting approaches with practical, real-world impact solutions.

3. Services and Programs

Kratoz Global offers various comprehensive training programs designed to prepare students for successful careers in the corporate world. Our current program offerings include:

  • Foundation PackagePriced at $600 (originally $1,200), includes 100 hours of training with fundamental career readiness skills
  • Advanced PackagePriced at $1,200 (originally $2,400), includes 160 hours of comprehensive training with advanced leadership development
  • Customized SolutionPriced at $1,000 (originally $1,400), includes 120 hours of flexible, personalized training

4. Enrollment and Payment Terms

Enrollment in our programs requires full payment or execution of an agreed-upon payment plan prior to program commencement. All prices are denominated in Indian Rupees (₹) unless otherwise explicitly specified in writing. Payment must be received and processed before program commencement. Failure to complete payment will result in denial of access to program materials and sessions. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time, though such changes will not affect enrollments already completed and paid in full.

5. Student Responsibilities and Conduct

Students enrolled in our programs are expected to maintain professional standards of conduct and fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Attend all scheduled training sessions, workshops, and mandatory program activities
  • Complete assigned coursework, projects, and assessments within specified deadlines
  • Maintain professional and respectful conduct toward instructors, staff, and fellow students
  • Respect and protect all intellectual property rights of Kratoz Global and third parties
  • Follow all program guidelines, policies, and codes of conduct as outlined in program materials
  • Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and trade secrets

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All training materials, course content, methodologies, proprietary frameworks, teaching materials, software, documentation, and any other intellectual property provided by Kratoz Global remain our exclusive property and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. Students are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these materials solely for personal educational purposes during the program duration. Students may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, publicly display, or use these materials for any commercial purposes without express written permission from Kratoz Global.

7. Confidentiality Obligations

Students agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all proprietary information, trade secrets, business strategies, methodologies, client information, and other sensitive business information shared during training sessions, workshops, or any program-related activities. This confidentiality obligation extends to information shared by guest speakers, industry experts, and fellow students. These obligations continue indefinitely after program completion and are binding regardless of the reason for program termination.

8. Refund Policy

Refunds are available exclusively within seven (7) calendar days of program commencement, subject to a ten percent (10%) administrative processing fee. No refunds will be provided after the seven-day period or for any completed program modules, sessions, or materials accessed. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to our designated support team and will be processed within thirty (30) business days of approval. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method when possible.

9. Limitation of Liability

Kratoz Global's total liability for any claims arising from or related to our programs is strictly limited to the total amount paid by the student for the specific program in question. Under no circumstances shall Kratoz Global be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost opportunities, or career setbacks. We make no guarantees regarding specific employment outcomes, salary increases, job placements, or career advancement as a result of program completion.

10. Program Modifications

Kratoz Global reserves the right to modify program content, schedules, instructors, delivery methods, or any other aspect of our programs at any time without prior notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify students of significant changes that materially affect the program experience. In cases where modifications substantially alter the program, students may request a full refund within fourteen (14) days of notification, subject to our standard refund policy terms.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate the program agreement with written notice. Kratoz Global may terminate a student's enrollment immediately for violation of these terms, non-payment, misconduct, or any behavior that disrupts the learning environment. Students may terminate their enrollment with thirty (30) days written notice, subject to our refund policy. Upon termination, students must immediately cease use of all program materials and return any physical materials provided.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising from or related to these terms, our programs, or services shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in Delaware, USA, and governed by Delaware state law. This arbitration clause survives termination of the agreement and applies to all claims, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise.

13. Force Majeure

Kratoz Global shall not be liable for any delays, failures, or interruptions in service resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, government actions, pandemics, epidemics, technical failures, cyber attacks, or other unforeseeable events. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to resume normal operations and may offer alternative delivery methods when possible.

14. Severability

If any provision of these terms is deemed invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from these terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely approximates the intent of the original provision.

15. Entire Agreement and Modifications

These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between Kratoz Global and students, superseding all prior negotiations, representations, or agreements relating to the subject matter herein. No modifications, amendments, or waivers of these terms shall be effective unless made in writing and signed by authorized representatives of both parties. Any conflicting terms in other documents shall be superseded by these terms.
